How many people can take part?
The package trains up to 25 existing employees: five AI Leaders and twenty AI Champions. They develop these responsibilities alongside their existing roles; you do not need 25 full-time AI specialists.
Does every participant receive 100 hours of training?
No. The 100 hours are total programme delivery: 48 live hours for the Leadership group, 48 live hours for the Champions group and one four-hour joint workshop. Each core participant attends their own 48-hour programme plus the four-hour workshop, not both group programmes. The two included AI Visibility Academy places are additional training.
How long is the programme and how is it delivered?
The programme runs over six weeks, with live remote training for each group and a four-hour in-person strategy workshop towards the end. Cohort dates, scheduling and the workshop venue are agreed before enrolment; no unconfirmed dates are advertised.
What does the £12,500 + VAT price include?
The fixed fee is £12,500 + VAT per organisation for the defined programme, training materials, practical exercises, workshop facilitation and two AI Visibility Academy places normally priced at £3,000 + VAT each. Workshop travel and accommodation expenses, where applicable, are quoted separately. Optional specialist coaching and extra workshops are not required to purchase the core package.
Are the two AI Visibility Academy places a cash discount?
No. Two places are included at no additional charge, subject to scheduled Academy availability. They cannot be exchanged for a cash discount. They complement internal AI adoption with training on external visibility across AI-powered search and recommendation platforms, including ChatGPT and Gemini.
Will the programme approve our AI policy or security controls?
No. Participants develop the foundations of an organisational AI strategy and policy and learn responsible AI practices. Company policies and technical controls remain subject to the organisation’s own legal, IT and security approval processes. Training does not certify compliance or replace specialist approval.
Who is the programme for, and are there prerequisites?
It is designed for organisations with multiple departments, typically around 100 to 5,000 employees, although other organisations may benefit. Select existing employees who can lead or support adoption, use digital tools confidently and commit to the training. Discuss suitability and any software or account requirements during the discovery call; software licences or subscriptions are not promised as included in the corporate package.
Does this include outsourced AI implementation or guaranteed ROI?
No. Tenacious provides training and internal capability development, not outsourced bespoke automation delivery. Adoption and business outcomes depend on your organisation’s implementation, governance and ongoing work. No measurable ROI, certification or guaranteed result is promised.
