Is delivery included in the hourly rate?
The hourly rate covers my consultation and direction. Delivery is separately scoped, apart from the agreed quarterly build benefit for clients booking more than 20 hours per month.
How does the quarterly build work?
We agree one project per quarter around a business need. It can include an automation, AI agent, software or app, with the scope agreed with our technical team.
